Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need planning permission?
In most Spanish municipalities, independent structures < 10 m² require a Responsible Declaration or Prior Communication. We provide a technical dossier and, if your local council requires a higher permit, our external partner can manage it.
What access does the crane need and what happens if it doesn't fit?
Just a clearance of 3 m wide and 5 m high is needed. With your photos and video we validate access within 2 business days. If the crane ultimately cannot operate, we refund your reservation.
What does the turnkey service include?
Mainland transport, crane truck, levelling, basic connections, testing and final cleaning: all in 24 hours. You just connect your home electrical supply and router if desired.
How much can I customise my Nook?
Choose Comfort and Style Signature packs or add extras (window, battery, green roof…). You can modify finishes up to 10 days after reserving and add new upgrades in the future thanks to our modular system.
What warranty does the Nook have?
3 years for structure, insulation, climate control and electrics. Millboard® adds 25 years extra on the facade. Any issue is handled directly with us, with no intermediaries.
