2. What sizes and models are there?
Currently available: NOOK Base (1 module, approximately 10 m2). Double and Triple (2 and 3 modules) will be available from Q4 2025; check our catalogue for options and schedule a call for more information.

espacio NOOK combines modern design, thermal/acoustic insulation and pre-assembled delivery. It is more than a garden shed: it is a habitable space for work, leisure or guests.
4. What materials is it made of? Is it a "wooden cabin"?
Espacio NOOK garden rooms use high-quality materials and durable finishes. The main aesthetic is that of a wooden house, thanks to thermowood options that are well insulated for year-round use. We also offer the option of a wood-look finish with Millboard composite as a paid extra, maintaining 4-season comfort and zero maintenance.

3-year warranty for your NOOK cabin. Made in Spain.

6. What is the price of a NOOK garden room?

7. How does the reservation work?
Make a €999 deposit to reserve your production slot and verify technical feasibility. It is 100% refundable within 7 days (if you change your mind or if it is not technically feasible). Reserve here.
8. What is the manufacturing and installation timeframe?
Approximately 4–10 weeks depending on extras. Foundation is laid approximately one week before and on-site installation is completed in 24 hours.
Installation, building work and access
9. What is included in the installation?
Foundation included (screw piles/ground screws) and crane placement. Turnkey delivery in 24 hours.
10. Do I need to prepare the site?
We request photos of the site and access to validate feasibility (slope, passage width, overhead cables, etc.) when making the reservation and reserving the production slot. If required, we will advise on minimal prior adjustments.
11. Can it be installed in lofts or plots with difficult access?
Each case is studied technically. Let us know about obstacles (turns, slopes, trees, facade) when you reserve your NOOK.
Licences, regulations and maintenance
12. Do I need a licence for my garden room?
Licences are the client's responsibility. In some municipalities, small cabins may not require major building permits; prefab houses usually require them. Check with your local council.
13. Does it include foundation? And how is the cabin maintained?
Yes, foundation included. Maintenance is low: gentle cleaning, annual seal inspection and adequate ventilation.

14. Can it be used all year round (summer/winter)?

16. Can I expand my garden room in the future (prefab modules)?
Yes. You can start with the NOOK Base and add most extras later, such as a deck or porch. Some decisions, like upgrading from Base to Double or Triple, must be made at the outset, as the modules are connected at the initial purchase. The prefabricated module structure is designed to grow with extras over time.
