Do I need planning permission?
Requirements vary by local authority and project type. We provide full technical documentation and a Mobility Certificate for you to present to your local planning office.
Many hospitality operators already hold permissions that cover this type of installation — we recommend checking early. Planning permission is the client’s responsibility.
Can guests stay year-round?
Yes. Every NOOK comes with A-rated insulation as standard. Add an optional air-source heat pump and you have a comfortable guest space twelve months of the year.
What does it cost all in?
The NOOK Doble with bathroom starts at 69,000 (+ applicable tax), rendered in your local currency on every product page. Transport, installation and foundations typically add 5,000–7,000 per unit, depending on your country. Volume discounts apply from 3 units. Request the Operator Dossier for full multi-unit pricing in GBP, USD and EUR.
How quickly can I start generating revenue?
Enquire now, installed by late spring or early summer. The full process — from first conversation to guests walking in — takes three to four months, assuming permits are already in place or not required.
What if I need more units later?
Order additional units whenever you like. We can schedule staggered deliveries so there’s no disruption to your current guests. You only pay transport for each new delivery.
What services does each unit need?
The NOOK Sauna only requires an electrical connection. The NOOK Doble with bathroom or kitchen requires electricity, water, and drainage. Off-grid drainage solutions are available. We provide a full services layout after booking.
