The Doble leaves the factory with its plumbing and wiring already in. Con Baño Completo adds a shower, toilet and basin. Baño + Cocina adds a refrigerator, worktop and storage. Baño + Esquina NOOK folds in a sofa-bed. On site you bring fresh water and waste to the nearest point, and we make the final connections on the day it lands.

Questions About Prefab Pool Houses
Can a prefab pool house really have a working shower and toilet?
Yes. The NOOK Doble leaves the factory pre-plumbed and pre-wired. The Con Baño Completo layout adds a shower, a toilet and a basin inside the building. On site you bring fresh water and a waste connection to the nearest point, and our team makes the final connections on installation day.
Will it cope with chlorine, splashing and humidity beside a pool?
It is built to permanent-building specification. Double safety-tempered glazing on both faces, an EPDM roof with a double false ceiling, 80 mm under-structure insulation and rock-wool sandwich-panel walls manage damp and temperature. The bathroom zone is finished as a wet room, and charcoal heat-treated timber or no-maintenance composite cladding handles the splash and the sun.
How close to the pool can a NOOK be placed?
Because the building sits on reversible helical screw piles rather than a poured slab, it can be positioned close to the water's edge on almost any ground. The exact setback depends on your local rules and the pool's own structure, which we confirm during the site review before production.
Can the pool house be used in winter, once the cover is back on?
Yes. With 80 mm under-structure insulation, rock-wool walls, double tempered glazing and a full electrical install with dimmable LED and cross-ventilation, the Doble holds temperature year-round. Out of swimming season it works as a guest room, a studio or a quiet room off the garden.
Do I need planning permission for a pool house with a WC?
In many areas a garden building of this size sits within permitted development, but adding a WC and drainage can change what is required, and rules vary by location. Treat this as guidance rather than legal advice: we will talk through your plot during the consultation, and you confirm the position with your local authority.
