Does a NOOK pool house include plumbing for the shower?
The NOOK Double with bathroom configuration includes all factory pre-installed plumbing: shower, toilet and basin. The final connection to your water supply and drainage is carried out by your local plumber - we provide the exact technical specifications.
Does it resist chlorine and pool moisture?
The exterior wood is heat-treated, meaning maximum resistance without chemicals against moisture, intense sun and splashes. Interior finishes are designed for humid environments. Minimal maintenance.
Can I install a pool house less than 3 metres from the pool?
The distance depends on your municipality's regulations. We carry out a technical validation of the site and location before confirming. What we do need is crane access and a stable area for the foundation.
Can the pool house be used in winter?
Yes. Thermal insulation with energy rating A and double glazing. In summer it works as a changing room and pool lounge; in winter, as a climate-controlled garden lounge. With air conditioning (optional extra), you have comfort 365 days.
Do I need permission to install a prefab pool house?
It varies depending on your municipality. The NOOK Base and NOOK Double (under 20 m2) simplify the process in many localities. We provide all necessary technical documentation. Permit management is the client's responsibility.
