Do I need a building permit to install a NOOK Double?
Technically, a NOOK is a movable asset due to its modular and transportable nature. We issue a Certificate of Mobility to certify this. As each local council has its own rules, we provide the technical plans after your reservation so you can check local regulations. Licence management is the client's responsibility.
¿Qué suministros necesita el NOOK Double?
Electricity from your home (standard connection). If you choose a configuration with bathroom or kitchen, also water and drainage.
After your reservation, we provide an "Installations Map" so your electrician and plumber can prepare the connections precisely before delivery. Off-grid options available for locations without utilities.
Can I add extras to my NOOK Double after installation?
Yes. Our modular system allows you to add a porch or deck whenever you like. You only pay the additional transport. Prefer to install air conditioning later? No problem, the pre-installation is already included.
¿Cuánto aumenta un NOOK Double el valor de mi propiedad?

What maintenance does the exterior wood need?
