The refundable reservation secures your slot:
- 2,000 euros off the total price (from 39,000 EUR NOOK Base)
- 100% refundable if you change your mind within 7 days
- Secures your production slot (2 units 2025, 8/month from January 2026)
- Includes complete technical dossier for municipal licences
You send photos and video of your garden and the cabin position in your garden:
- We validate crane access (minimum 5m clear height)
- We verify levelling and soil type
- We confirm foundation feasibility
- Response within 5-7 business days
- If something doesn't work, full refund of reservation
Once your site is validated:
- Contract signed with confirmed dates
- Payment of the total price minus the €2,000 paid as reservation
- Manufacturing and delivery schedule
Manufacturing with continuous quality control:
- 8-10 weeks depending on chosen extras
- All extras are integrated in the factory
- Inspections at every stage of production
- Regular progress updates
In the online configurator you choose the type of foundation or support depending on where you place your garden room:
- On grass or soil: Screw piles recommended and installed one week before delivery
- On existing terrace or paving: Adjustable support feet included
- Technical validation included in the reservation (5-7 business days)
Your NOOK leaves the factory for your garden:
- Exact date coordinated with you
- Arrival within 1-2 days of leaving the factory
On installation day:
- NOOK Base: Crane placement in under 2 hours
- NOOK Double: Full installation on the same day
- If you choose the off-grid model with solar panels, it is ready immediately
- If not, you will need an electrician to connect it to the mains (specifications provided)

How does the NOOK online configurator work?
You select size, extras and finishes. Price updated in real time. You save your configuration by adding the product to your cart and reserve when you are ready.
What type of foundation should I choose for my NOOK?
We offer two options.
- Screw Piles (Recommended Option): Professional Technopieux® system screwed up to 2 metres deep. Works on any terrain. Use this if your NOOK goes on: Direct earth, lawn, sand or coastal or mountain areas (strong winds)
- Levelling Supports: Adjustable supports resting on existing surface. Use this if you already have a terrace or concrete/tile paving in perfect condition or are in a sheltered urban area with moderate winds (<80 km/h sustained). Important limitations: Not suitable for earth or sand and not recommended in areas with strong winds
Is the €2,000 reservation refundable?
Yes. 100% refundable for 7 days if you change your mind. No questions asked.
What are the delivery timescales?
Manufacturing 8-10 weeks in Spain. Peninsular transport 1-2 days. Total approximately 3 months from reservation to installation.
Do I need licences to install a garden room?
Most areas require licences for permanent structures. We provide a full technical dossier plus a certificate of mobility.
How fast is the actual installation?
Models NOOK Base en menos de 2 hours de colocación. NOOK Double en el mismo día—sin sorpresas ocultas.
¿What's included y qué se paga aparte?
Crane delivery, factory-finished interior, electrical installations. Licences and final connections are managed by you.
