In most Spanish municipalities, independent cabins under 10 m2 are processed with a Responsible Declaration or Prior Communication. Your NOOK Base occupies 9.75 m2, just below the threshold. We provide a Mobility Certificate and all the technical documentation so you can check your local regulations. Licence management is the client's responsibility.

Only electricity from your home (standard connection). No water or drainage required. After your reservation, we provide an installation guide so your electrician can prepare the connection before delivery. If you prefer total autonomy, the solar kit with battery is an option.

No. The NOOK Base is designed as a compact space without plumbing. If you need a bathroom or kitchen, the NOOK Double is the right option.

Custom furniture (Work, Play, Sleep, Corner) is manufactured and installed with your NOOK. If you start with the open-plan configuration, you can add standard furniture later, but not the factory-integrated furniture. Choose well from the start.

With the NOOK Sleep configuration you have a 1.60 × 1.90 m pull-out bed integrated into the furniture. During the day it works as a sofa-bench. If you prefer the open-plan configuration, you can place a double bed or a standard sofa bed.

Minimal. The thermowood exterior needs UV oil treatment approximately every 5 years. The interior requires no special maintenance. If you choose Millboard cladding, zero maintenance for decades.
