- To guarantee the installation of your NOOK, we validate access, level and foundation within 5-7 days with the documentation received
- The configurator will be activated in September. If you reserve your NOOK beforehand, you will choose your finishes and extras through direct communication with us
- After site validation we send you the invoice and bank transfer details

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need planning permission?
In most Spanish municipalities, independent structures < 10 m² require a Responsible Declaration or Prior Communication. Once you have reserved your NOOK with the €999 payment, we provide a technical dossier so you can manage the necessary licence.
What site conditions are needed to install a NOOK?
We install on compacted earth, paving or walkable terraces. We just need crane truck access and at least 5 m of clear headroom. After your reservation, we analyse photos and video of the site and confirm feasibility within a week.
What does the turnkey service include?
Mainland transport, crane truck, levelling, basic connections and testing. You just connect your home electrical supply and router if desired — unless you choose self-sufficiency with a solar kit and battery, your NOOK can operate entirely off-grid.
How much can I customise my NOOK?
You start with the fully equipped NOOK Base and can add the extras that best suit your lifestyle: from solar panels and pergola to a pitched roof for extra height. Discover all the options on our Customisation page.
What warranty does the NOOK come with?
Your NOOK includes a 3-year warranty and any issue is handled directly with you, with no intermediaries. At the end of installation, you will receive a quality checklist to review and sign on the spot. This ensures everything is perfect from day one.
