What exactly is included in the base price of my NOOK?
The base price includes the complete structure with energy rating A, electrical installation with dimmable LED spotlights and sockets, natural ventilation, aluminium joinery with double glazing, and the integrated NOOK corner finished in Sand or Mahogany laminate.
How long does it take from configuring my NOOK to installation?
Manufacturing in our Spanish factory takes 8-10 weeks. Once manufactured, full installation is completed in under 24 hours. The total time from reservation to enjoying your NOOK is approximately 3 months.
Can I change the finishes after making the initial reservation?
No, once the €2,000 reservation is made your configuration is confirmed and modifications cannot be made. That is why it is important to carefully review all finishes and extras in the configurator before finalising your order. If you have any doubts, we recommend booking a personalised call with our team before reserving.
Is the integrated NOOK corner mandatory or can I choose not to have it?
The NOOK corner is an essential design feature that houses all technical installations (climate control, electrical systems, solar battery if added). It cannot be removed, but you can customise its finish from the 4 available options to integrate perfectly with your style.
Do I need permits to install my NOOK Base in the garden?
For structures such as NOOK Base (under 10 m2), most Spanish municipalities require a Responsible Declaration or Prior Communication rather than a major building permit. We provide all the necessary technical documentation (plans, certifications, technical report) to facilitate the process. Permit management is the client's responsibility, but we support you throughout.
